01 / HOW CUBIEWORKS HELPS

Three ways to help.

Small businesses and nonprofits don’t always need another system. Sometimes you need someone who can step in, take responsibility, and help move the work along.

01

Do the work.

Bring in practical help for the responsibilities that can’t wait. Cubieworks can prepare documentation and reports, manage information, handle administrative projects, and take on defined recurring tasks.

02

Improve the work.

Find what slows things down and make it easier to get things right. Map the process, organize information, clarify handoffs, and standardize the steps your team repeats.

03

Build what’s missing.

When the process needs a better tool, build one that fits. That might be a spreadsheet, form, dashboard, automation, reporting tool, or custom software. The work determines the solution.

02 / WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE

One example, start to finish.

Every organization’s version is different. Here’s one way all three kinds of help could come together.

Monthly reimbursements at a small nonprofit

Illustrative example · not a client result

Staff and volunteers send receipts by email, text, and paper. One person chases missing details, rebuilds a spreadsheet, and pieces together the board report the night before it’s due.

  • Requests in three different places
  • Missing details found too late
  • The month-end report built by hand
  1. 01

    Take it over.

Handle this month’s requests so the deadline is met while everything else gets sorted out.

  2. 02

    Map the process.

One place to submit, the right details asked for up front, and a clear handoff to whoever approves.

  3. 03

    Build what’s missing.

A simple form and tracker that keeps the log current and produces the monthly report.

Requests arrive complete and in one place. Approval decisions stay with your team. The month-end report is one button.

  • One place to submit
  • Details checked on the way in
  • The report, ready when you are

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND CUBIEWORKS

Hi, I’m Walter.
I know what “keeping up” feels like.

I spent years preparing tens of thousands of pages of complex health insurance documentation, under demanding deadlines and enormous pressure to get every detail right.

The teams got smaller. The deadlines got tighter. But the work still had to get done.

I could see processes that weren’t sustainable. There were better ways to work, tools we could build, and things we could do differently. But when every available hour goes toward keeping up, when are you supposed to make things better?

That’s why I started Cubieworks LLC: to give small businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations something they often need most. Bandwidth.

I can step in, take work off your plate, help meet today’s obligations, and work alongside you to develop better processes for tomorrow.

Sometimes that means doing the work. Sometimes it means building something better. Often, it’s both. And when the work is ongoing, the relationship can be, too.

Walter, founder of Cubieworks

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE

  1. 01

    Start with the real work.

Talk through what’s on your plate, what’s getting stuck, and what would help.

  2. 02

Agree on a useful next step.

Define the responsibilities, priorities, and kind of support that fits.

  3. 03

    Work alongside you.

Get things done, refine what needs refining, and stay involved for as long as the work calls for.

04 / GET IN TOUCH
